- We collect mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information only to send you the text messages you have consented to receive from Rob Estep.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Rob Estep does not share, rent, or sell your SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone number to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers, such as messaging platforms and carriers, that help us deliver our messages and are prohibited from using this information for any other purpose.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
4. Cookies, Remarketing, Service Providers, and Payments
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, such as beacons, tags, and scripts, to track activity on the Service and to improve and analyze it. Behavioral Remarketing

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Remarketing and conversion tracking, including the Meta Pixel, are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (USA), the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada, the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance, or your mobile device settings.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, provide it on our behalf, perform Service-related tasks, or help us analyze how it is used. Examples include web hosting, CRM and email platforms, SMS platforms and carriers, scheduling tools, analytics, advertising platforms, and AI and automation tools. These third parties can access your Personal Data only to perform these tasks for us and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with service providers for their own marketing (see Section 3).
Payments
We may offer paid products or services. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store or collect your payment card details; that information goes directly to our processors, whose use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. These processors follow PCI-DSS standards, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

5. Disclosure, Retention, Transfer, and Security
We do not sell your Personal Data.
Business Transactions
If Rob Estep or LMP 360 Media, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your Personal Data where required by law or subpoena, or in the good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to:

You may contact us at any time to ask what Personal Data we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it. You can opt out of marketing emails by unsubscribing and out of text messages by replying STOP. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using your Personal Data depends on the data and the context. We may process your Personal Data because:
- We need to perform a contract with you
- You have given us permission
- Processing is in our legitimate interests and is not overridden by your rights
- It is needed for payment processing

Do Not Track Signals (CalOPPA)
We do not currently respond to Do Not Track ("DNT") browser signals. You can turn DNT on or off in your browser's Preferences or Settings.
7. Children, Links, Changes, and Contact
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and know your child has provided us Personal Data, please contact us. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
Links to Other Sites
The Service may link to sites we do not operate. If you click a third-party link, you will go to that site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we will also notify you by email and/or a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect. Please review this policy periodically.
